Police warn of KNIFE-WIELDING MAN at Pape Station, near the Danforth

Toronto Police have alerted the public about a “man holding a knife.” He was heard making threats and is currently in the process of heading to the Danforth.

Police are on “en route.” No word on injuries, or suspect description.

In December, a 35 year old woman was charged with attempted murder after a stabbing near Coxwell and Danforth.

A 35-year-old woman is facing a number of charges including attempted murder in connection with an alleged stabbing in the Coxwell Avenue and Hanson Street area on the evening of Wednesday, Dec. 2.

According to police, a man and a woman had an argument and the woman allegedly stabbed the man.

The victim was rushed to hospital where he is in critical condition, police said.

Candace Burkett, 35, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
