One man has been arrested after the car he was driving crashed into the side of a home in the St. Clair West Village area.
Toronto police and paramedics responded to the call for a collision in the area of Dufferin Street and Ascot Avenue around 4:16 p.m.

Officers arrested the driver after he refused to provide a breath sample.
The gas line to the home was shut off and a City of Toronto engineer said the homeowner has been advised to consult a structural engineer immediately to assess the damage. In the mean time, a temporary post was installed to support the structure.
No injuries were reported.
