Conservatives TURN on Keean Bexte after ‘racist’ tweet

Former MPP Roman Baber joined a host of Conservative voices in calling out a former Rebel News journalist for anti-immigrant remarks.

Keean Bexte, owner of the Counter Signal, is facing the ire of people on both sides of the political spectrum. This comes after comments he made about a mass shooting North of Toronto.

On Monday Bexte posted: “An immigrant has just killed 5 Canadians in a Toronto condominium during a shooting spree with an illegal weapon. Trudeau’s gun laws did nothing to stop it. His reckless immigration policies, however, caused it.”

While some people agreed with Bexte’s comments, many others were quick to condemn them. Joining them was a former politician and contender for the Conservative Party leadership.

Roman Baber slammed Bexte, calling his comments “un-Canadian” before telling him to delete his account.

But Baber was not alone in condemning Bexte.

Conservative influencer Jennifer Elle also took aim at Bexte’s comments stating: “No matter what side of the political fence you’re on you should be denouncing blatant ignorance like this.”

Bexte is no stranger to controversial, racist comments. He was previously employed by a white supremacist webstore, as reported by Ricochet.

The backlash against Keean is BS virtue signalling nonsense. Keean didn’t say anything bad or racist about immigrants, he just stated facts. Geez, people are far too sensitive and Roman Baber is an idiot.
