Trudeau’s broadcaster has been caught red-handed in another bold-faced lie.
The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) has apologized for publishing a fake story about the recently elected premier of Alberta.
Danielle Smith commended CBC for correcting its error, saying she believes her and her office have been “vindicated.”
The premier is now asking the NDP to similarly apologize and correct the false information it spread about Smith.
This is not the first time CBC has been caught red-handed spreading fake news about conservatives. Toronto 99 has reported on this troubling trend extensively.
CBC is currently facing a $10.5 million lawsuit for misleading Canadians about vaccines.
